You can book your dogs daycare or overnight stay using the calendar at the bottom of this page.
Bookings are on a first come, first served basis.

If this is your first booking with us, please head over to our New Clients page to arrange a meet and greet.

Bookings will not be accepted if we have not met you and your dog first.

How to Book

🐶 Select your preferred session(s)
🐶 You can book multiple sessions in one booking
🐶 Submit booking request

Payment

Once your booking is received:

🐶 The booking will be reserved for 7 days.
🐶 We will send an invoice via Xero.
🐶 The booking is only secure when this is paid

Important Information

Please ensure:

🐶 Your dog is up to date with vaccinations.
🐶 We are aware of any medical or behaviour needs
🐶 Emergency contact details are current.
🐶 Your dogs information form is up to date

Cancellation & Changes

We understand that plans can change.

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask for the following notice by email to hello@orchardfarmdogs.co.uk:

🐶 7 days or more notice
– Full refund minus processing fees
🐶 Less than 7 days notice
– 50% refund minus processing fees
🐶 Less than 48 hours or no shows
– No refund

Payment is taken on booking.
